COINTELPRO Full Disclosure Act mandates public disclosure of COINTELPRO records and establishes a Review Board to oversee this process.

The COINTELPRO Full Disclosure Act requires federal agencies to fully disclose COINTELPRO records to the public within six months of enactment, unless disclosure would cause harm. The Act establishes the COINTELPRO Records Review Board to review records and recommend actions. The Review Board can request the Attorney General to petition courts to unseal COINTELPRO-related information. The Act also mandates the creation of a COINTELPRO Records Collection at the National Archives, where records will be available for public inspection.
