The SEPSIS Act aims to reduce sepsis rates and improve sepsis care in hospitals. The Act also establishes a voluntary program for recognizing hospitals with effective sepsis programs. It authorizes $20,000,000 annually for fiscal years 2026 through 2030 to carry out these activities.
