Bans importation of energy products produced at refineries outside Russia using Russian crude oil.

The Ending Importation of Laundered Russian Oil Act amends the Ending Importation of Russian Oil Act to prohibit the importation of energy products produced at refineries outside the Russian Federation that use crude oil originating in the Russian Federation. This includes all products classified under chapter 27 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule. The bill also includes conforming amendments to section 4 of the Ending Importation of Russian Oil Act.
