The No Aid for Russian Energy Act prohibits U.S. persons from exporting petroleum equipment and services to Russia.

The No Aid for Russian Energy Act mandates the President to prohibit U.S. persons from exporting, reexporting, selling, or supplying petroleum equipment and services to Russia. This includes equipment and services related to oil and natural gas exploration and production, software support, and engineering services. Exceptions are made for humanitarian assistance, including food, medicine, and medical devices. The President can impose sanctions on foreign persons engaging in these activities.
