Bike the Border Act facilitates non-motorized border crossings across the Gordie Howe International Bridge.

The Bike the Border Act aims to facilitate non-motorized border crossings, including bicycle and pedestrian traffic, across the Gordie Howe International Bridge. It requires the Commissioner of U.S. Customs and Border Protection to expedite such crossings within one year of enactment. The Act also mandates a Government Accountability Office report reviewing the progress of non-motorized traffic handling by U.S. Customs and Border Protection, to be submitted within 18 months of enactment.
