Permits U.S. territories and commonwealths to provide statues for the National Statuary Hall Collection.

The Equality in the Halls of Congress Act allows American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands to provide statues for the National Statuary Hall Collection. The Architect of the Capitol will manage the acquisition of these statues. This bill amends the Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, 2001 to include these territories and commonwealths in the definition of "State" for this purpose.
