No Funds for NATO Invasion Act

Federal funds cannot be used to invade NATO countries or territories.

The No Funds for NATO Invasion Act prohibits the appropriation or use of federal funds for the invasion of any NATO member country or territory covered by Article 5 of the North Atlantic Treaty. It also prohibits any U.S. officer or employee from taking actions to execute such an invasion.
