The No Funds for NATO Invasion Act prohibits federal funds from being used to invade any country that is a member of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization or any territory to which Article 5 of the North Atlantic Treaty applies. It also prohibits any U.S. officer or employee from taking action to execute such an invasion.
