The bill takes approximately 3,156 acres of land into trust for the Las Vegas Tribe of Paiute Indians, making it part of their reservation. Gaming is prohibited on this land. The Secretary of the Interior must complete a survey to establish the land's boundaries within 180 days of the bill's enactment. The Tribe retains any state water rights for the land. The bill also grants a renewable energy transmission corridor to a qualified electric utility and repeals a section of the 2015 National Defense Authorization Act.
