A BILL
To amend title 18, United States Code, to prohibit abortion in cases where a fetal heartbeat is detectable.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Heartbeat Protection Act of 2025”.
