The Veterans’ Burial Improvement Act of 2025 amends title 38, United States Code, to improve laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs relating to memorial affairs. The act also allows the Secretary to pay the actual cost of burial and funeral services for eligible veterans, up to $700.
