The Veterans Career Connection Act establishes the Veterans Transition Talent Hub, a program by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs. Eligible individuals include veterans and Armed Forces members eligible for preseparation counseling. The Secretary will allow appropriate entities to search data on these individuals, including their anticipated discharge date, military and civilian skills, certifications, geographic and employment preferences, and resumes.
