RISE from Trauma Act Resilience Investment, Support, and Expansion from Trauma Act

RISE from Trauma Act provides grants for trauma-informed interventions and training for communities and professionals.

The RISE from Trauma Act aims to improve outcomes for children and families affected by trauma. It establishes a National Law Enforcement Child and Youth Trauma Coordinating Center to assist law enforcement agencies. The Act also creates coordinating bodies to address community trauma, prevention, and resilience. It provides grants for hospital-based interventions to reduce readmissions for patients with trauma-related issues. Additionally, the Act establishes an Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Clinical Leadership Program to train professionals in trauma-informed care.
