A BILL
To increase access to mental health, substance use, and counseling services for first responders, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Crisis Assistance and Resources in Emergencies for First Responders Act” or the “CARE for First Responders Act”.
