A BILL
To require annual reporting on interactions between Federal banking supervisory agencies and global financial regulatory or supervisory forums, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “American Financial Institution Regulatory Sovereignty and Transparency Act of 2025” or the “American FIRST Act of 2025”.
