To modify the appointment process for the Librarian of Congress, the Comptroller General, and the Director of the Government Publishing Office, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Librarian of Congress.
- (a) Appointment.—The Librarian of Congress shall be appointed by the adoption by Congress of a concurrent resolution. The concurrent resolution shall provide for the appointment of the individual selected by the commission established under .
