A BILL
To amend the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 to provide for a remediation period before the commencement of a civil action.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “ADA 30 Days to Comply Act”.
