Reauthorizes brownfields revitalization funding for fiscal years 2026 through 2030.

The Brownfields Reauthorization Act of 2025 amends the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980 to extend funding for brownfields revitalization programs. It increases the maximum amount for each site to be remediated from $500,000 to $1,000,000 and raises the annual funding cap from $200,000,000 to $250,000,000 for fiscal years 2026 through 2030.
