The Expanding Cybersecurity Workforce Act of 2025 establishes a program within the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) to promote cybersecurity careers to disadvantaged communities. These include older individuals, racial and ethnic minorities, people with disabilities, geographically diverse communities, socioeconomically diverse communities, women, individuals from nontraditional educational paths, veterans, and formerly incarcerated individuals. The program aims to raise awareness and provide tailored support to these groups.
