Establishes navigation safety corridors for shipping safety fairways along the Atlantic Coast.
Directs the Secretary of the department in which the Coast Guard is operating to issue a regulation for nearshore and offshore shipping safety fairways. Sets a minimum width for these fairways, excluding certain exceptions. The regulation applies to the geographic area covered by a previous Coast Guard proposal and takes effect on December 31, 2026.
