Affordable Insulin Now Act mandates cost-sharing limits for selected insulin products in group health plans and health insurance coverage.

The Affordable Insulin Now Act establishes requirements for cost-sharing limits on selected insulin products in group health plans and health insurance coverage. Starting from plan years beginning on or after January 1, 2026, these plans and issuers must cover selected insulin products without applying any deductible or imposing cost-sharing exceeding $35 per 30-day supply. Selected insulin products include at least one of each dosage form and type of insulin, as chosen by the plan or issuer.
