The Affordable Insulin Now Act amends the Public Health Service Act, the Internal Revenue Code, and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act to establish cost-sharing requirements for certain insulin products. For plan years starting January 1, 2026, group health plans must cover selected insulin products without applying deductibles or imposing cost-sharing exceeding $35 per 30-day supply. Selected insulin products include at least one of each dosage form and type of insulin, as chosen by the plan.
