This applies to Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, and group health plans. Screenings include 2D or 3D mammograms, breast ultrasounds, breast magnetic resonance imaging, molecular breast imaging, contrast-enhanced mammography, and other technologies as recommended by the National Comprehensive Cancer Network. The provisions take effect on January 1, 2026.
