A BILL
To amend title 9, United States Code, with respect to arbitration of disputes involving race discrimination.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Ending Forced Arbitration of Race Discrimination Act of 2025”.
