A BILL
To amend title 5, United States Code, to require disclosure of conflicts of interest with respect to rulemaking, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Experts Protect Effective Rules, Transparency, and Stability Act of 2025” or the “EXPERTS Act of 2025”.
