The REVOKE Act mandates the revocation of security clearances for retired or separated members of the Armed Forces or civilian employees of the Department of Defense who engage in lobbying activities on behalf of entities identified as Chinese military companies. These entities must be listed in the most recent report by the Secretary of Defense and the Non-SDN Chinese Military-Industrial Complex Companies List from the Department of the Treasury. The Secretary of Defense may temporarily waive this revocation if it is deemed to be in the national security interest of the United States.
