The NDO Fairness Act amends title 18, United States Code, to modify delayed notice requirements for electronic communications services. It allows courts to modify or vacate orders that do not meet requirements or are unreasonable. Governmental entities can request extensions of up to 90 days. Providers must provide customers with information disclosed in response to warrants, orders, or subpoenas, excluding illicit records. The Act also mandates annual reports on the use of these provisions.
