The VA Care and Benefits Accountability Act affirms the full force and effect of any collective bargaining agreement in effect between the Department of Veterans Affairs and any labor organization representing federal employees as of March 26, 2025. It also nullifies Executive Order 14251 and Executive Order 14343, which relate to exclusions from federal labor-management relations programs, ensuring no federal funds can be used to carry out these executive orders with respect to the Department of Veterans Affairs.
