Prevents U.S. funds from being used for a global carbon tax and prohibits its enforcement.

The UNtaxed Act prohibits the use of U.S. funds for assessed or voluntary contributions to the United Nations or any affiliated body that would impose a global carbon tax. It also bans the implementation or enforcement of such a tax. The act defines a "global carbon tax" as a tax under a global fuel regime. It further stipulates that no tax, tariff, fee, or penalty can be levied on U.S. citizens or companies by the United Nations or any affiliated body unless it is under an agreement in effect with the U.S. and ratified by the Senate.
