A BILL
To amend the Department of Agriculture Reorganization Act of 1994 to reauthorize the Office of Urban Agriculture and Innovative Production.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Providing Robust Organics and Diets for Urban Communities Everywhere Act” or the “PRODUCE Act”.
