The Preserving a Sharia-Free America Act mandates that the Secretary of State, Secretary of Homeland Security, and Attorney General deny any immigration benefit, visa, or admission to the United States to any alien who adheres to Sharia law. Aliens already in the U.S. found to adhere to Sharia law will have their immigration benefits and visas revoked, be considered inadmissible or deportable, and removed from the U.S. False statements about adherence to Sharia law will also result in revocation of benefits, inadmissibility, deportability, and removal.
