The Expedited Removal of Criminal Aliens Act amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to authorize the expedited removal of aliens who are criminal gang members, members or supporters of foreign terrorist organizations, or have been convicted of specified crimes. These crimes include felonies, misdemeanors against vulnerable groups, assaults on law enforcement officers, sexual offenses, crimes of domestic violence, stalking offenses, crimes against children, and violations of protection orders. The act also makes such aliens ineligible for withholding of removal.
