The Bridge the Gap for Rural Communities Act suspends certain payment limitations for crop year 2025 related to agricultural risk coverage and price loss coverage. The Secretary of Agriculture will provide these partial payments by December 31, 2025, and subsequent payments after the marketing year ends. If a producer receives more than their due amount, they must repay the excess without interest.
