A BILL
To amend title 10, United States Code, to direct the Secretary of Defense to notify TRICARE beneficiaries of required changes in TRICARE enrollment.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “TRICARE Transition Transparency Act of 2025”.
