Mr. Langworthy (for himself, Mr. Alford, Mr. Weber of Texas, Mr. Lawler, Ms. Stefanik, Mr. Simpson, Mr. Stauber, Mr. Crenshaw, Ms. Tenney, Mr. Zinke, Mr. Van Drew, and Mrs. Luna) introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Ways and Means, and in addition to the Committees on the Judiciary, Homeland Security, and Foreign Affairs, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned
A BILL
To direct the Secretary of Homeland Security to negotiate an agreement with the Government of Canada for integrated cross-border aerial, land, and maritime law enforcement operations, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Integrated Cross-Border Law Enforcement Operations Expansion Act”.
