The Integrated Cross-Border Law Enforcement Operations Expansion Act urges the Secretary of Homeland Security to negotiate or amend agreements with Canada for integrated cross-border law enforcement operations. It also allows the Secretary of State to enter into treaties or agreements with foreign countries to extend privileges and immunities to foreign law enforcement officials stationed in the United States. The bill further permits the stationing or deployment of U.S.
