Redesignates Apostle Islands National Lakeshore as Apostle Islands National Park and Preserve. Prohibits hunting and trapping within Apostle Islands National Park, except where permitted under a treaty, statute, or executive order pertaining to a Tribe. Requires the Secretary of the Interior to administer hunting and trapping within Apostle Islands National Preserve in accordance with applicable laws. Requires the Secretary to include interpretive features at the principal visitor centers of the Apostle Islands National Park and Preserve.
