Allows pension plan administrators to transfer unclaimed retirement distributions to State unclaimed property programs.

The Unclaimed Retirement Rescue Plan directs the Secretary of Labor to create a regulation allowing pension plan administrators to transfer unclaimed retirement distributions to State unclaimed property programs. This includes searching for current contact information of participants or beneficiaries. The regulation must be promulgated within 180 days of the Act's enactment. Plan administrators must report unclaimed retirement distributions to the Secretary of Labor every 90 days.
