CRP Improvement and Flexibility Act of 2025 amends the Food Security Act of 1985 to enhance the Conservation Reserve Program.

The CRP Improvement and Flexibility Act of 2025 amends the Food Security Act of 1985 to improve the Conservation Reserve Program (CRP). It allows for continuous enrollment of state acres for wildlife enhancement, permits emergency haying and grazing during the primary nesting season under certain conditions, and increases the payment limitation for rental payments. The bill also provides cost-sharing payments for establishing grazing infrastructure and allows for mid-contract management for activities not relating to haying or grazing.
