The Telehealth Modernization Act extends certain telehealth flexibilities under Medicare through 2027. It removes geographic requirements and expands originating sites for telehealth services, allowing them to be provided in patients' homes. Additionally, it extends the Acute Hospital Care at Home initiative through 2030, allowing hospitals to provide acute care in patients' homes.
