Farm Credit Adjustment Act

Allows the Farm Credit Administration to examine low-risk Farm Credit System institutions every 24 months.

The Farm Credit Adjustment Act modifies the Farm Credit Act of 1971 to give the Farm Credit Administration the option to extend the examination period for low-risk Farm Credit System institutions to a maximum of 24 months. This change aims to provide flexibility in the examination schedule for these institutions. The amendments will take effect on October 1, 2026.
