Ms. Waters introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Financial Services, and in addition to the Committee on the Judiciary, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned

A BILL

To provide a path to end homelessness in the United States, and for other purposes.

1. Short title; table of contents; 2. Expansion of housing choice voucher program; 3. Entitlement program for housing choice vouchers; 4. Repeal of ineligibility criteria; 5. Prohibiting housing discrimination based on source of income; 6. Funding to address unmet need; 7. Housing Trust Fund; 8. Technical assistance funds to help States and local organizations align health and housing systems; 9. Permanent authorization of appropriations for McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act grants; 10. Permanent extension of United States Interagency Council on Homelessness; 11. Eligibility of private nonprofit organizations for funding; 12. Eligibility of faith-based organizations; 13. Conforming amendments; 14. Funding priority
