A BILL
To amend Public Law 119–21 to repeal the prohibition on making payments under the Medicaid program to certain entities.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Restoring Essential Healthcare Act”.
