A BILL

To amend title 10, United States Code, to improve dependent coverage under the TRICARE Young Adult Program.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. Short title.

This Act may be cited as the “Health Care Fairness for Military Families Act of 2025”.
