Securing our Border Act provides bonuses for U.S. Customs and Border Protection agents and funds border wall construction and nonintrusive inspection.

The Securing our Border Act authorizes bonuses for U.S. Customs and Border Protection agents, including recruitment, retention, and relocation bonuses, up to specified limits. It allocates funds for constructing a border wall system along the southwest international border and for nonintrusive inspection systems at northern and southern border ports of entry. The act also amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to require the return of aliens to contiguous territory or a safe third country pending asylum proceedings or their detention for further consideration.
