Countering Threats and Attacks on Our Judges Act establishes a State judicial threat intelligence and resource center.

The Countering Threats and Attacks on Our Judges Act amends the State Justice Institute Act of 1984 to authorize the State Justice Institute to provide awards to certain organizations for establishing a State judicial threat intelligence and resource center. This center will provide technical assistance, training, and physical security assessments for judicial officers and staff. It will also monitor threats, coordinate with law enforcement, develop standardized incident reporting practices, and create a national database for tracking threats and incidents.
