Prohibits funding for immigration detention facilities in the Everglades and mandates congressional oversight.

The No Cages in the Everglades Act prohibits the Department of Homeland Security from using funds for planning, construction, leasing, operation, staffing, or maintenance of any immigration detention facility within or adjacent to the Everglades ecosystem. It also mandates that any facility used to detain individuals in DHS custody must allow Members of Congress and designated staff to conduct inspections at any time, consistent with security and safety protocols.
