The PRICE Act Preservation and Reinvestment Initiative for Community Enhancement Act establishes a grant program for improving manufactured housing communities. The Secretary of Housing and Urban Development will award competitive grants to eligible recipients for projects such as community infrastructure, resident health and safety activities, and land improvements. Priority will be given to projects benefiting low- and moderate-income residents. The Secretary may set aside grant amounts for Indian Tribes and tribally designated housing entities.
