The Small Cemetery Conveyance Act amends the Small Tract Act of 1983 to authorize the Secretary of Agriculture to convey, without consideration, certain parcels used or previously used as cemeteries. These parcels must be less than or equal to 40 acres and are conveyed to qualified persons, including state or local governments, Indian Tribes, or qualified land grant-merced entities. The conveyance is subject to the condition that the property may only be used for cemetery purposes.
