A BILL
To amend title 18, United States Code, to prohibit defenses based on sexual orientation or gender identity or expression.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “LGBTQ+ Panic Defense Prohibition Act of 2025”.
